Breathe!!!

Take 10 minutes everyday to breathe deeply. We are all filled with stress and anxiety. We all have many questions and very few answers. Try and set aside 5 minutes before you start your day and 5 minutes before bed and work on some breathing exercises. I like to sit with headphones, close my eyes and listen to rainfall or ocean sounds. I take a deep, big breathe in slowly through my nose, filling my stomach. I hold for 3 seconds and then exhale slowly out through my mouth. I repeat this for the next 5 minutes. I find, for me, that I relax, even if for only a few minutes. Try it and let me know if you find it works for you. Take care, stay healthy and remember, this will pass.
